• Chicken - 700 gms

• Cumin seeds - ½ Tsp

• Coriander seeds - ½ Tsp

• Fans - ⅓ Tsp

• Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp

• Garam Masala Powder - ½ Tsp

• Mango Powder - ½ Tsp

• Ginger ginger paste - 1 Tsp

• Yogurt - 1 cup

• Yellow Food Color - 2 Pines (optional)

HOW

• Preparing for Chicken Death: In a frying pan, add Cumin, Coriander seeds, fans, and whole red pepper.

• Cook over low heat until fragrant.

• Grind and make fine flour.

STEAM CHICKEN:
