How to make chicken fried rice 

Ingredients: 

  • Rice ---- 1 kg 
  • Chicken (boneless herbs) ---- 1\2(half) kg
  •  Salt ---- to taste
  •  Crushed garlic --- 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (finely cleaved) - - 3 to 4
  • Carrots (finely chopped) ----- 2
  •  Cabbage (finely chopped) ---- 1 small size
  • Vinegar ----- 2 tablespoons
  •  Soy sauce ---- 4 tablespoons 
  • Crushed white pepper ----- 1 tablespoon 
  • Sugar ---- 1 tablespoon
  •  Chinese salt ----- 1 teaspoon 
  • Eggs ----- 3
  •  Cooking oil ---- 4 to 6 tbs

Synthesis:

Boil the rice, rinse with water and cover and refrigerate for four to six hours Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat for two to three minutes. Add garlic in the pan and saute for one to two minutes. Then, at that point add the chicken and fry till the chicken's water dries. Then, at that point add rice and blend in with the assistance of two spoons till the rice is very much warmed. Add cauliflower, carrots and green onions to the rice and blend well. Following a moment, add salt, sugar, white pepper and Chinese salt and blend well.
